#meetingdata invites contributions on all aspects of statistics,
probabilistic inference, data science, machine learning, big data, Bayesian
methods, including novel techniques and applications, and work that sheds new
light on the data analysis.

Deadline 1:
September 09, 2018 – Abstract Submission.
If you submit your work until this deadline, the decision notification will be
given until September 21, 2018 (before the early registration deadline).
Deadline 2:
September 29, 2018 – Abstract Submission.
If you want to submit your work after September 09, 2018, you can submit until
September 29, 2018. However we will not be able to provide a decision notification
before the deadline for the early registration.

Submission track:
All accepted papers will be presented at the meeting either as contributed
talks or as posters. The registration in the event, until September 29, 2018,
of at least one author is mandatory.

Formatting instructions:
Abstracts submitted must follow the formatting rules and must indicate
who is the expected speaker of the (possible) paper's presentation.
Format rules: The abstract must have no more than 2000 characters. Do not
include references or formulas in the abstract. It is accepted TeX code in
the abstract. The abstracts can be either in English or Portuguese.

Submission instructions:
To submit your abstract it is necessary to have an account at the registration system.
However, it is not necessary to pay the registration fee prior to the
acceptance/rejection notification. To have your work considered to be present at the
meeting, at least one of the authors must be registered at the meeting by
September 29, 2018.

There is not an option to upload the abstract. You must fill the online form to submit
your work.
